FAQ
What counts as a trace?
One full agent run, from the first model call to the final output — including every tool call inside it. Retries within a run are included.
Can I keep my data in my own cloud?
Yes. Scale plans can run the collector entirely inside your VPC with the hosted control plane disabled. Only anonymized usage metrics leave your network, and that's optional.
Do you train on my traces?
No. Your traces are yours. We never use customer data to train models, and we never sell it. Ever.
